You might have noticed that VSC operates in a wide variety of different industries, offering products and services ranging from internet strategy to state-of-the-art technology to journalism.

Unusual though this may seem on the surface, it's for a very good reason: our cause is more important than any particular product, medium, format, or discipline.

That cause is to make the world an easier, better, more stimulating place for everybody. To that end, we think that defining technology, design, journalism, and other forms of communication, as well as fields like politics, business, education and intellectual property law as fundamentally separate is counter productive.

That's also what our research is about.
